1. Introduction

Welcome to XTCraft. By accessing or using our platform at xtcraft.ai and app.xtcraft.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

XTCraft is operated by LGL Tecnologia.

2. Service Description

XTCraft is an AI-powered platform that generates release notes, changelogs, and email announcements from your GitHub commit history and pull requests. The service allows you to:

  • Connect GitHub repositories and access commit and pull request data
  • Generate marketing-quality release notes using AI
  • Publish public changelogs with custom branding
  • Export content in multiple formats (Markdown, HTML, plain text, RSS)

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. GitHub Authorization

When you connect your GitHub account to XTCraft:

  • You grant XTCraft permission to access your authorized repositories, commits, and pull requests
  • Your GitHub OAuth token is stored encrypted and used solely for accessing the data you authorize
  • We only access repositories you explicitly authorize — we do not access your entire GitHub account
  • You can revoke access at any time through your GitHub settings or by disconnecting within XTCraft

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service through automated scraping or excessive API calls
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security measures
  • Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates the rights of others
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

6. Plans & Billing

XTCraft offers the following plans:

  • Free — unlimited projects, 4 releases/month, 500 commits/release, available indefinitely
  • Starter ($19/month) — unlimited projects, 30 releases/month, 750 commits/release, priority email support
  • Pro ($59/month) — unlimited projects, 500 releases/month, 1,000 commits/release, priority support

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

7. Generated Content

You own all content generated by XTCraft. We claim no intellectual property rights over the release notes, changelogs, email announcements, or any other content the platform produces for you. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and publish generated content without restriction.

8. Intellectual Property

The XTCraft platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of LGL Tecnologia. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Your use of XTCraft does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for the XTCraft platform. However, we do not provide a formal SLA guarantee. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Unplanned outages caused by infrastructure providers or external dependencies
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

10. Limitation of Liability

XTCraft is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities
  • Generated content will meet your quality expectations

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGL Tecnologia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

  • By you — you may delete your account at any time through the application settings
  • By us — we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with notice where practicable

Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
